You'll educate customers on AT&T wireless and fiber services, recommend solutions that fit their needs, and help them enroll in products that keep them connected. No previous sales experience is required, we provide paid training, ongoing mentorship, and the tools you need to succeed.
What You'll Do as an AT&T Sales Representative:
- Represent AT&T products and services through in-person customer interactions
- Meet with residential customers to explain wireless, internet, and fiber solutions
- Build trust through consultative sales conversations and personalized recommendations
- Guide customers through enrollments, account setup, and service upgrades
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales goals
- Participate in daily training sessions focused on product knowledge, customer engagement, and professional development
