- Monitor and patrol residential complexes to prevent unauthorized access and ensure safety
- Respond promptly and effectively to fire emergencies and medical incidents
- Conduct routine inspections of property and report any security concerns or hazards
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents
- Provide a visible security presence to deter criminal activity and enhance residents' peace of mind
- Operate during day, night, and rotating shifts as assigned
