What are the responsibilities and job description for the Growth and Partnerships Coordinator position at Code Blue Computing?
Code Blue Computing is a fast-growing Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) based in Broomfield, Colorado, serving professional services firms and manufacturers along the Boulder-Denver corridor. We help businesses stay secure, productive, and competitive. We are looking for a driven, personable part time Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow.
This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone early in their career who is hungry, coachable, and excited about building relationships. You do not need a background in IT. You need grit, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping businesses solve real problems. We will teach you everything else.
What You Will Do
- Prospect and reach out to professional services firms (law, accounting, engineering) and manufacturers in the Denver-Boulder metro with 20 employees
- Book qualified discovery meetings for our senior team through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email sequences
- Attend local networking events, chamber meetings, and industry association events to build relationships on behalf of the company
- Manage your pipeline and outreach activity in our CRM — keeping notes, follow-ups, and contacts organized
- Identify and build referral relationships with complementary vendors (VoIP providers, insurance brokers, bankers, copier dealers)
- Represent our company professionally in the community as someone businesses trust
Most entry-level sales jobs put you in a call center dialing 200 people a day with a script you did not write. This is not that. You will be building real relationships in your own backyard ; attending events, having genuine conversations, and representing a company that actually delivers for its clients. The Boulder-Denver corridor is one of the strongest SMB markets in the country, and the businesses we serve genuinely value a trusted IT partner. When you bring in a client, you will see firsthand the difference we make for them.
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication — you are clear, confident, and easy to talk to
- Resilience and a positive attitude — you hear "no" without taking it personally and keep moving
- Self-motivation — you can manage your own schedule and hold yourself accountable to activity goals
- Genuine curiosity about business — you want to understand what keeps a business owner up at night
- Local to the Boulder-Denver-Broomfield area with the ability to attend in-person events and occasional office days
- Prior sales, customer service, or business development experience is a plus — but we will train the right person from scratch
This is a part time position to start. 20-25 hours a week. Base pay between $22 to $24 per hour. Commission $500 to $750 for every new monthly support agreement that closes from your activity; uncapped.
Path to full time: After 90 days, strong performers will be offered the opportunity to grow into a full time role if they wish with expanded base and full benefits.
Salary : $22 - $24
