Code 4 Security is seeking a Full-time Scheduling Supervisor. The scheduling supervisor is stationed at Code 4 headquarters.
The Scheduling Supervisor works from Code 4’s Security Operations Center and serves as a communication hub for both operational oversight and scheduling responsibilities. This role monitors staff and job sites, enforces standards, performs scheduling functions, and provides customer service to clients and employees. The combined version of this role assumes full responsibility for both live site management and daily scheduling.
Schedule:
Full-time 3pm - 11pm Tuesday through Saturday
Expected Starting Wage: Anticipated at $21 - $23 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling Supervisor Duties
- Ensure all sites and posts are fully staffed across all shifts.
- Coordinate schedule changes, call-offs, and replacements, documenting all schedule edits in real time.
- Proactively identify potential staffing shortages and resolve them before shifts start.
- Maintain and update employee availability records.
- Work closely with operations and HR teams to onboard and place new hires.
- Communicate scheduling changes and confirmations to employees in a clear and timely manner.
- Build new sites in scheduling software.
- Track attendance and tardiness issues and report patterns to management.
- Maintain organized shift logs for audit purposes.
- Utilize scheduling software to ensure coverage and compliance with labor laws.
Security Operations Center (SOC) Duties
- Influences company culture through superior customer service & modeling desired professional behavior.
- Address client and employee comments and concerns by transmitting information to the appropriate parties.
- The ability to prioritize communications and determine which ones require immediate action.
- Produce formalized activity reports as needed.
- Familiarize yourself with all jobsite SOP’s, client nuances, and employee policies to support Operations.
- Communicate employee issues and kudos to management as appropriate.
- Ensures all sites are staffed with 100% coverage. Responsible for communicating discrepancies or activating emergency shift protocols.
- Adjust software for better employee accountability and safety management
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, scheduling, security operations, or a related field.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to assess situations and make decisions under pressure.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computers, including scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable navigating technology on phones, tablets, and desktop systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of staff and clients.
- Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities in a fast paced, high-stakes environment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED required, Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence at all times.
