Job Description:Code 4 Private Security is hiring Armed Security Officers for a gated HOA community in Lynwood, CA, including vehicle patrol duties. We are seeking reliable, alert, and professional officers who can maintain community safety, provide high visibility, and perform consistent patrol coverage.Location: Lynwood, CASchedule: Multiple shifts availableStart times: Between 8:30 PM – 9:45 PMEnd times: Between 5:00 AM – 6:15 AMPay Rate: $21.00 – $22.00 per hourJob Duties:Conduct vehicle patrols throughout the HOA community, parking areas, and perimeter.Perform foot patrols of common areas, amenities, and access points.Maintain a strong, visible security presence to deter unwanted or suspicious activity.Monitor vehicle access, resident entry points, and community traffic.Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies.Complete detailed DARs documenting all patrols, observations, and incidents.Enforce HOA community rules professionally and respectfully.Communicate effectively with residents, HOA management, and Code 4 supervisors.Report safety hazards, suspicious activity, or maintenance concerns.Qualifications:Valid California Guard Card and Exposed Firearm Permit (required).Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record (required for patrol).Reliable transportation.Ability to drive and walk patrols for extended periods.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to remain alert, calm, and professional at all times.Prior patrol or HOA security experience is helpful but not required.Why Work With Code 4 Private Security?Weekly payConsistent hoursSupportive leadership teamOpportunities for growth and additional patrol routes
