What You’ll Do:
Build a Scalable B2B Growth Engine
- Develop and execute a full-funnel demand generation strategy for our Spend Insights product (and future commercial bank insights products)
- Design and manage ABM and PBM campaigns targeting key accounts and decision makers at the top 50 North American Commercial Banks
- Partner with sales to define ideal customer profiles (ICPs), account lists, and personalized plays
- Implement lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing to move prospects efficiently down the funnel
- Run LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting campaigns to generate pipeline.
- Test and scale performance marketing programs across channels.
- Build email and nurture campaigns to engage leads and re-activate cold opportunities.
- Analyze channel performance, experiment with new tactics, and optimize for ROI.
- Partner closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead follow-up and attribution.
- Own marketing technology setup, reporting, and data hygiene (e.g., Hubspot).
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards to track pipeline impact and campaign effectiveness.
- Own planning and execution of ToF events (digital and in-person), including logistics, audience acquisition, promotion, and follow-up workflow.
- Note: There are 6 primary conference events per year.
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure events activations align with pipeline goals and account needs
- 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with a focus on demand generation or ABM/PBM.
- Proven ability to design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation tools)
- Deep familiarity with paid media, content strategy, and email automation
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with data, dashboards, and optimization loops
- Great attention to detail and strong organization and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Event management/marketing experience is a plus
Salary : $145,000 - $185,000
