This individual will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and external search firms to help ensure a smooth and organized candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Managing communication with candidates and external recruiting partners throughout the hiring process
- Tracking candidate activity and maintaining accurate records within the applicant tracking system
- Assisting with interview feedback collection and hiring process coordination
- Supporting recruiting operations and helping improve internal processes where needed
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR operations, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
