Supply Chain Program Manager – SAP S/4HANA Transformation
Location: Morris County, NJ (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote)
Duration: Long-Term Contract through July 2028
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to support a large-scale, multi-year SAP S/4HANA business transformation initiative. This individual will play a key role within the Transformation Management Office (TMO), partnering with business leaders, SAP/IT teams, and third-party partners to drive alignment, governance, readiness, and successful execution across end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
This position is ideal for a seasoned program management professional with extensive experience supporting SAP ERP transformations and complex cross-functional initiatives within manufacturing, supply chain, or enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Portfolio Management
- Manage and maintain transformation portfolio plans, including initiative sequencing, dependencies, milestones, and risk tracking.
- Support project intake, prioritization, and governance activities aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare executive-level reporting, steering committee materials, and portfolio reviews.
- Ensure initiatives adhere to established governance frameworks, stage gates, and decision-making processes.
Supply Chain Business Partnership
- Collaborate with Business Owners and Enterprise Process Owners to define objectives, scope, success metrics, and decision ownership.
- Facilitate alignment across Supply Chain functions and resolve competing priorities and dependencies.
- Track business participation, resource commitments, and readiness activities.
SAP & Technology Coordination
- Partner closely with SAP, Data, and IT teams to align business priorities with technical delivery schedules.
- Monitor delivery progress, dependencies, and risks impacting business readiness and adoption.
- Support integration across business processes, data, reporting, and technology workstreams.
Vendor & System Integrator Management
- Coordinate with System Integrators and external partners to ensure alignment with program objectives and governance standards.
- Track deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation efforts.
- Facilitate issue escalation and support quality assurance and knowledge transfer activities.
Business Readiness & Change Support
- Coordinate readiness planning, stakeholder engagement, testing participation, training alignment, and adoption activities.
- Partner with Change Management, Training, Data, and Communications teams to ensure organizational preparedness.
- Identify and escalate readiness, resource, and adoption risks.
Risk & Performance Management
- Maintain visibility into cross-functional risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support KPI tracking, business benefits realization, and transformation value measurement.
- Drive reporting focused on business outcomes, capabilities, and adoption rather than task completion.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 8 years of Project or Program Management experience.
- 3–5 years supporting SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) transformation programs.
- Strong experience supporting Supply Chain business processes within SAP environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives involving business, IT, and external partners.
- Experience managing enterprise-level risks, dependencies, governance, and business readiness activities.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain operations and process integration.
Preferred
- SAP S/4HANA transformation experience.
- Manufacturing, supply chain, building products, or industrial industry experience.
- Experience working within Transformation Management Offices (TMO).
- Familiarity with change management, business readiness, and large-scale ERP deployments.

Contract Details
