Our client is a $Multi-Billion Real Estate Firm with a specialty in Tech currently seeking to add a talented Finance Associate for one of their new launched Funds. Ideal individual will straddle the following responsibilities; Financial Analysis, Reporting, Fund Financials Operations, reporting directly to Controller. Ideal candidate must be confident in handling daily responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and prepare detailed financial analyses for finance executives for planning
- Support strategic planning, new business policies
- Support quarterly and year-end close process
- Review and manage Financials provided by the Fund Administration Team
- Review and Analyze waterfall calculations, deliverables, performance reporting and capital account statements.
- Assist in audits and tax returns.
- Responsible for cash management, forecasting, liquidity, and capital management
- Support the Controller & CFO on key initiative projects, analysis, and ad hoc requests.
- Partner with investment team to provide deal support and guidance
Desired Skills and Professional Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of (Accounting/Audit) industry experience
- CPA or CPA in progress highly preferred
- Prior experience with Accounting/Reporting required
- Outstanding communication skills, proven ability to effectively work with all levels of Management
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dead-line driven dynamic environment
- Innovative and creative thinker
Our client is a total compensation organization where you will be eligible for a base salary and discretionary performance bonus, including benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $130,000-145,000 plus bonus depending on experience.
