Coda is partnering with a premier alternative asset management group with offices located in Manhattan, NY. The group has seen exponential growth over the past few years and significantly increased its AUM to over $150BN. The team is seeking to hire a Compensation Senior Associate who will work directly with the senior leadership, providing core recommendations to enhance the firm's total rewards package. The role will be a blend of stakeholder management, market analysis, advisory, and reporting, working cross-functionally across the entire firm.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with senior leadership, providing recommendations and implementing the firm's rewards/compensation strategy
- Create compensation models and analyze various cash and equity compensation structures
- Research executive compensation structures and perform market analysis
- Assist with compensation-related projects and lead firm-wide initiatives
- Consult with internal and external stakeholders on various compensation structures
- Advise senior leaders and HR on best practices and provide solutions
- Prepare yearly reports and analyze compensation trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree/MBA would be a plus
- 3 years of compensation management experience coming from a top tier bank or fund
- Experience in financial services is required
- Strong communication and analytical skills – able to communicate with senior leadership
- Extensive knowledge of compensation laws
- Prior leadership experience would be plus
Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
