Our client is a $100B global Private Equity/Real Estate Clients seeking to add a highly motivated Senior Analyst/Associate to their growing Real Estate Debt Deal team. This opportunity is very well suited for highly motivated professional who has prior US Debt/ Real Estate transaction experience, looking for more exposure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for origination, underwriting, financial modeling, market research, and running pitch presentations
Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed due diligence on potential strategic growth opportunities
- Perform valuations and deal structuring for US Real Estate Team
- Present due diligence/potential risks/ and make recommendations to Investment Committee
- Coordinate all aspects of transaction execution and deal closing process with Senior Management/Board of Directors
- Prepare investor communications, including but not limited to financial forecasts, reporting and financial estimates
- Support potential acquisition recommendations through statistical analysis
- Work with capital raising efforts for prospective investors
- Oversee back-testing of investments analytical framework and cash-flow forecasts
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years Real Estate/Debt/Investing experience (Private Equity/Real Estate/Investment Banking) experience;
- 2 years of professional experience mandatory
- Top Academic pedigree
- Advanced financial modeling skills
- Prior experience working with Financial Models specific to Credit/Loans and Real Estate Lending
- Corporate Development/M&A/Transaction Advisory
- Advanced Technical Skills; Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
Salary : $150,000 - $250,000
