The team is seeking to hire a Property Accountant who will oversee a variety of commercial properties including preparing the monthly financial reporting packages, managing the GL, variance analysis, and assisting with the annual audit. The is a dynamic company that is extremely well-funded that has a high-performing portfolio that has shown fantastic growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Accounting/Finance
- Prior experience in real estate a plus
- 3 years experience required
- Strong month-end close/GL experience
- Excellent excel skills (VLOOKUP’s, pivots)
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
