Our client, a leading global investment management firm, is seeking a Product Associate to join its growing capital formation function in New York. This individual will work across the firm's credit investment platform, supporting fundraising activities, investor engagement initiatives, product development efforts, and cross-functional strategic projects.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, a deep interest in credit investing, and experience working within alternative asset management or investment banking environments.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the investment platform and external stakeholders, assisting with investor requests and ongoing due diligence processes.
- Coordinate the preparation of fundraising materials and to LP requests
- Support capital raising efforts by providing product expertise and managing deliverables throughout fundraising cycles.
- Create and enhance investor-facing collateral, including presentations, fund overviews, performance reports, portfolio summaries, and other marketing content.
- Produce periodic investor communications, market updates, and commentary highlighting portfolio developments and broader credit market activity.
- Evaluate investment performance, portfolio exposures, and market dynamics to help inform product positioning and investor discussions.
- Partner with teams across Investments, Client Relations, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to execute key business initiatives and product-related projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience within alternative asset management, private credit, leveraged finance, structured products, direct lending, or investment banking.
- Knowledge of institutional credit markets, loan investing, structured credit vehicles, and alternative investment products.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skillset with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience producing high-quality investor presentations, performance analyses, and fundraising materials.
Salary : $175,000 - $225,000
