Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee data within the internal HR information system.
- Create reports using data visualization and manipulation tools, such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and business intelligence software.
- Conduct data audits across various HR systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for automation and optimization through emerging technologies.
- Provide data insights to senior leadership to inform strategic business decisions and support projects like workforce planning.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR rotation program or a data-driven HR role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Prior experience in financial services or HR within a consulting firm is required.
