Schedule & Work Environment

Position Summary
The Claim Investigator is responsible for supporting all phases of injury claims within the Case Management department. This is a full-time, permanent position focused on claimant communication, case investigation, records review, and case progression throughout the pre-litigation process
Qualification
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Insurance Defense, or a related legal environment
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, patient, and claimant-focused approach
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established procedures
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skill
- Proficient in data entry and working with multiple software applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and follow-up conversations with claimants or their representatives regarding personal injury matters, defective drugs or devices, and environmental contamination claim
- Perform pre-litigation investigations and assist with discovery-related activities
- Review records, prepare correspondence, conduct analytical work, and maintain case updates
- Coordinate the collection and retrieval of claimant records
- Review and annotate medical records according to established procedures
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned claimants and provide regular status update
- Communicate claim and case information to supervisors as needed
- Schedule claimant appointments, manage calendars, and maintain accurate case notes and documentation
- Guide claimants through the pre-litigation process while ensuring timely progression of their case
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
