This individual will play a key role in overseeing fund accounting operations, supporting the deal team throughout the investment lifecycle, and assisting with financial reporting and fund accounting functions across the platform.

Responsibiliti

• esAssist in overseeing the financial reporting for multiple private equity funds and investment vehicle
• s.Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAA
• P.Manage the month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and workpaper preparatio
• n.Support the deal team with transaction execution and closing activiti
• esCoordinate with external auditors and fund administrato
• rsPrepare investor reporting packages, capital account statements, and performance analyse
• s.Review partnership allocations, waterfalls, and carried interest calculation
• s.Assist with cash management, liquidity planning, and treasury-related activitie
• s.Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and operational procedure

Qualificati

• onsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferr
• ed.8 years of accounting experience within private equity, real estate, investment management, or public accounti
• ng.Strong understanding of fund accounting, partnership accounting, and investment reporti
• ng.Experience supporting investment/deal teams in a fast-paced environme
• nt.Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requiremen
• ts.Advanced Excel skills required; experience with accounting platforms and fund reporting systems preferr
