About the Role
As the CRM Supervisor, you’ll lead both the clinical and administrative operations of the Recovery Mentor team across programs. You’ll coach, develop, and hold your team accountable while ensuring high-quality, evidence-based peer services that drive patient engagement and long-term recovery outcomes.
You’ll also serve as a bridge between clinical care, operations, and community partnerships, helping ensure CODA delivers consistent, effective, and innovative recovery support services.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Develop Your Team
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to CRM staff
- Coach, mentor, and support staff development and performance
- Drive engagement, accountability, and alignment with CODA’s mission and values
- Support hiring, training, performance evaluations, and corrective action
Drive Program Performance
- Monitor team outcomes including engagement, utilization, patient satisfaction, and continuation of care
- Lead continuous quality improvement efforts and adjust workflows to improve outcomes
- Ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations
Oversee Operations & Compliance
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation and billing practices
- Monitor billable services and collaborate with billing for financial stability
- Maintain schedules aligned with staffing models and budgeted FTE
Strengthen Community Partnerships
- Collaborate with referral partners and community agencies
- Represent CODA in provider meetings and community settings
- Promote innovation, feedback, and solution-focused partnerships
Stay Hands-On in the Work
- Maintain a partial caseload when needed to model best practices
- Stay connected to the day-to-day work of recovery mentorship
What You Bring
Experience
- 2 years in social services
- At least 1–2 years as a Certified Recovery Mentor (CRM)
- 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
Credentials
- Certified Recovery Mentor II (CRM II) required
- BLS Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Crisis Prevention Training (within 90 days)
- Valid driver’s license
Skills & Strengths

- Expertise in evidence-based practices like Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and Trauma-Informed Care
- Ability to manage complex situations with professionalism and strong boundaries
- Comfortable using EMR systems and data to drive decisions
