CODA, Inc. is seeking an experienced and passionate RN to manage our small but mighty medical facility in Seaside. As Program Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals in recovery—while ensuring operational excellence every step of the way.
About the Role
As Program Manager, you’ll provide strategic leadership and hands-on clinical oversight of medical and behavioral health services at our Seaside Opioid Treatment Program. You’ll supervise program staff, ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, oversee methadone inventory per DEA standards, and provide intermittent RN coverage to support continuity of care.
This is a dynamic hybrid role for someone who thrives on leadership, loves working with patients, and can balance clinical care with program management responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate nursing, CMA, and UA Tech staff to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care.
- Oversee dispensary operations, medication inventory, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide RN assessments, dispense methadone, respond to medical emergencies, and support clinical workflows.
- Supervise, hire, train, and coach program staff while fostering a collaborative, mission-driven culture.
- Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to enhance service delivery.
- Track program performance, use data to drive improvement, and ensure operational targets are met.
Qualifications
What You Bring
- Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- 3 years of nursing experience, ideally in ambulatory or behavioral health settings
- Proven leadership experience managing clinical and/or program operations
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care
- BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
