At CODA, Inc., we believe recovery begins the moment someone reaches out for help. As an Admissions Specialist 2, you will create a welcoming, efficient, and compassionate admissions experience—ensuring patients access treatment quickly and without barriers.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments
- Evaluate ASAM level of care and placement recommendations
- Screen for co-occurring disorders and risk of harm
- Facilitate routine and urgent admissions
- Complete intake paperwork, open patient episodes in EMR
- Collect UAs and obtain Releases of Information
- Verify insurance and financial eligibility
- Schedule new patient intakes within 24 hours of contact
- Use Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care approaches
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and community partners
- Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:What You Bring:
- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar or related role
- CADC-1 certification
- Strong skills in Motivational Interviewing, ASAM assessment, and evidence-based practices
- Ability to manage crisis situations and high-risk/high-need patients
- Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid Oregon or Washington Driver’s License
