• Must be able to work 11PM to 7AM.***
• Must speak English and have a High School Diploma or GED.***

**Duties**

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression with friendly and professional demeanor
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software
• Handle guest inquiries via phone using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while maintaining up-to-date records
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction
• Conduct night audit procedures to prepare reports for management
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and controlling access to the property during night hours
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and facilities are in optimal condition
• Uphold standards of hospitality management by delivering guest services that exceed expectations
  
  

**Experience**

• Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is required.
• Strong background in customer service within the hospitality industry
• Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software systems is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal relations, are essential
• Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations with professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm
