New cafe seeking a manager to grow with us. We are an organic foods, arts, and culture cafe dedicated to serving up nourishment for the community.
We are looking for a solid team player who loves cafe culture, has excellent customer service, and a desire to be part of and help manage a fun and ideally bustling environment.
Your role will include customer service, register, backing up barista, smoothies, and market, and management of the cafe floor during operations. Back-office responsibilities include leading team scheduling, payroll, orders, and inventory management.
Ideally you would see yourself with us for a while, with this growing into a more full-time position as we grow.
Indeed requires a set wage. Pay is based on experience, and will be discussed per applicant.
