Barista
We are looking for unabashed coffee and food lovers to join our crew at Cocos Cafe. The ideal barista is someone who is passionate about coffee and creating incredible guest experiences grounded in respect, empathy, and recognition.
Our Expectations:
Deliver impeccable hospitality to our guests and your fellow teammates.
Work in a team to ‘dial in’ and serve a selection of delicious coffees in a variety of different brewing methods including, but not limited to: espresso, pour over, and cold brew.
Stay knowledgeable about Coffee Shop’s current coffee and food offerings through tastings, cuppings and information provided to you by your Coffee Shop Leader and others at Coffee Shop.
Support your team in keeping the cafe running smoothly and beautifully - these tasks may vary but can include washing dishes, clearing dishes, sweeping, dusting, mopping, cleaning and organizing condiment station, and taking out trash.

Dedicated to your team and your guests - you understand and value empathy and use it to guide interactions on and off the job.
Eligible to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
Our baristas are the face of Cocos Cafe and represent the brand from the moment they arrive at work.
We take our coffee very seriously and our customer service even (more seriously) seriouser! We strive to create experiences for our guests daily that revolve around respect, courtesy and empathy.
We expect our baristas to deliver impeccable hospitality to our guests and your fellow teammates. We expect you to be up to speed on our offerings through tastings and info delivered to you by your store leads. We expect our baristas to fully support the store and its needs by working together with their teammates as one unit striving for one common goal.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about coffee and hospitality. We are looking for individuals who take great pride in their work and show up giving 100% every shift. We are looking for people who consider themselves punctual (you know who you are) and can follow the leadership of your store lead.
