What are the responsibilities and job description for the Players Club Representative position at Cocopah Indian Tribe?
SUMMARY
This position is responsible for promoting the success of the Player Club. The Players Club Representative will assist customers through the membership process and will assist customers on questions regarding promotions held at the Casino. The representative will also serve as a greeter to welcome all customers to Casino.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Excellent public relation skills
· Must be able to type at least 30 wpm
· Ability to speak, read and write English fluently.
· 1 to 2 years’ experience in customer service or clerical training.
· All applicants must be 18 years of age.
· Must be certifiable through Arizona Department of Gaming / Tribal Gaming Office.
· Successful candidates will be subject to pre-employment on-going random drug test.
· All applicants must have a high school diploma or GED.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
In the Entertainment industry one may be subject to work environment containing excessive noise,
Smoke and stress.
