What You’ll Do (HHA/PCA Duties)

• Assist clients with ADLs (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, transfers)
• Provide companionship and support emotional/social wellbeing
• Light support related to the client’s plan of care (as permitted)
• Safe use of assistive devices if needed (Hoyer lift, wheelchair, walker)
• Follow care plans and document completed tasks in the mobile app

Requirements (Must Have)

• Valid HHA or PCA certificate
• • Have CDPAP experience? You may qualify for an ACD class to earn your PCA certificate—apply and ask your recruiter.
• Physical exam form signed/dated by a physician
• Drug screening
• Immunization documentation/titers: Rubella & Rubeola
• TB screening (QuantiFERON negative; positive requires chest X-ray)
• Past agency employment verification or two reference letters from prior patients
• Must pass criminal background check
• Valid government-issued ID Social Security documentation
• Reliable transportation to client homes
