Job Description

Nooklyn is seeking Licensed Real Estate Salespersons to join our team. This position is commission-based. As a Rental Agent, you will work directly with renters and buyers to facilitate property showings and closings from Nooklyn’s inventory.

As an NYC-based Brokerage with a focus on Tech, we’re on a mission to improve the experience of finding and sharing apartments in NYC. We are seeking passionate salespeople that share our vision.

This role demands a self-starting person with excellent communication skills who can thrive in collaborative environments but is also comfortable operating autonomously, enjoys problem-solving and building positive relationships with members of our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically Market and Advertise brokerage properties to generate and grow prospective renter customer base.
• Showing Prospective Renters properties within Nooklyn’s database
• Navigating clients throughout the Rental Application process, including helping to facilitate the closing process.
• Facilitating negotiations on behalf of prospective renters
• Maintaining thorough and detailed communications to ensure transparent communications throughout the leasing process.
• Learn how to grow your network and convert them into potential customers
• Become an expert in the neighborhoods you’ll focus on
• Use our industry-leading backend to complete deals
  
  

About You

• A licensed real estate salesperson in New York City
• 2 years of experience in real estate brokerage OR a New Licensee with a willingness to learn
• An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to create opportunities
• Knowledge of NYC neighborhoods
