Lead Carpet Cleaning Technician

We’re looking for a helper technician to quickly move into a Lead Technician role who can take ownership of jobs from start to finish—delivering high-quality work, creating a great customer experience, and confidently guiding customers through service options.
This is a high-opportunity, commission-based role for someone who wants to earn based on performance and take control of their income.
Compensation
- $20–$50 per hour (performance-based)
- $50,000–$110,000 annually
- Commission pay on all services

What You’ll Do
- Lead jobs from start to finish in customers’ homes
- Perform professional cleaning services:
- Carpet cleaning (extraction, stain removal, odor treatment)
- Tile & grout cleaning and sealing
- Upholstery cleaning
- Additional services as needed
- Conduct walkthroughs with customers and recommend appropriate services
- Educate customers on cleaning results, expectations, and maintenance
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience
- Ensure quality control on every job
- Maintain equipment, van setup, and job efficiency

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (friendly, confident, professional)

- Comfortable working independently in customers’ homes

- Valid driver’s license
Preferred (not required):
- Floor care or cleaning experience
- Sales or customer service experience
Schedule
- Typically 30–40 hours per week
- 4 shifts per week (Monday–Saturday)
- Shifts range from 8–12 hours depending on route
Location
- Warehouse based in North Austin (78753)
- Must reliably commute or plan to relocate
