We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. POSITION IS PART TIME or FULL TIME . In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with various sales tasks. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales
- Demonstrate product features and conduct product demos when necessary
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Fluent in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of jewelry sales is preferred but not required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
