Duties

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, pastries, cakes, and specialty items using professional baking techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Assist in food production tasks such as mixing, portioning, and assembling ingredients for various recipes.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, mixers, knives, and other baking tools.
• Support food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and quality standards at all times.

Experience

• Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry is essential for maintaining hygiene standards.
• Familiarity with culinary techniques used in catering or restaurant settings will be advantageous.
• Prior experience working during overnight shifts or in a fast-paced kitchen environment is desirable.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
