Corporate Concierge – Cocoa Dolce Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist with corporate gifting orders, order processing, and daily administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with general administrative tasks and order management.
• Review and upload customer shipping information.
• Coordinate orders with packaging, shipping, and other departments.
• Organize and distribute printed materials.
• Track order progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate with customers regarding pickup instructions.
• Verify orders are prepared for the correct pickup or delivery location.
• Enter and update corporate orders in the ordering system.
Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous administrative, customer service, or order-processing experience is preferred but not required.
