Cocoa Bean Fine Desserts in Geneva, IL is looking for 1-2 front counter staff/baristas to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Quickly learn our menu to serve customers and take orders.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
- Must be available for morning and daytime shifts from Tuesday-Friday with occasional weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Proven working experience in customer service, food service experience a plus
- Candidate must be able to stand comfortably for their shift and lift moderate weight.
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
