We're looking for a passionate, experienced District Manager to lead multiple boutique locations while helping shape the future of our growing company. This role is ideal for someone who loves developing people, thrives on creating exceptional customer experiences, and enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on leadership.
This isn't a position where you'll simply oversee stores, you'll mentor leaders, build high-performing teams, improve operations, and help define what luxury boutique retail looks like for our brand.
Leadership & Team Development
- Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers and Assistant Managers.
- Build a culture centered on accountability, positivity, ownership, and growth.
- Conduct regular store visits focused on coaching rather than simply auditing.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard exceptional talent.
- Develop succession plans and identify future leaders within the organization.
- Lead performance reviews and ongoing coaching conversations.
Sales & Customer Experience
- Drive sales growth through exceptional leadership and customer service.
- Ensure every store consistently delivers an elevated, boutique shopping experience; that is inclusive and centered around genuine connection.
- Coach teams on styling, clienteling, relationship building, and luxury selling techniques.
- Champion loyalty initiatives and customer outreach.
- Analyze the business to create, and execute, action plans that result in increased sales, KPI performance, and positively impact the overall guest experience.
Operations & Business Performance
- Drive performance in store sales, payroll,and inventory; identify opportunities to improve profitability & productivity.
- Ensure operational standards, inventory accuracy, and company procedures are consistently executed.
- Use strategic visual merchandising to drive sales, client engagement, and create branding across all locations.
- Collaborate with buying, marketing, ecommerce, and leadership teams to execute company initiatives.
- Support new store openings, relocations, and special projects as the company grows.
- Leads with humility and confidence.

- 5 years of multi-unit retail leadership experience.
- Luxury, premium, specialty, or boutique retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven history of developing successful managers.
- Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
- Experience managing payroll, sales performance, staffing, and operational KPIs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable traveling regularly between store locations.
- Open Availability that includes weekends, evenings, & holidays as needed; to ensure the needs of the business are met.
- Passion for fashion, styling, hospitality, and creating memorable customer experiences.
