Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor patios.
- Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure floors, carpets, and surfaces are spotless and well-maintained.
- Conduct laundry services such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting high-touch areas and ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously.
- Manage floor care routines including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces pristine.
- Assist with light cooking or meal prep if required by clients, ensuring safety and cleanliness during food handling.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work; hotel or custodial experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and floor care methods.
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and carpet extractors confidently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve bending, lifting, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders if needed.
- Basic familiarity with laundry processes and kitchen cleanliness standards.
