The Marketing Intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with campaign planning, content creation, and coordination for events across COCLUBS venues. Responsibilities include conducting basic market research, helping manage social media calendars, drafting promotional copy, and supporting the execution of email and digital marketing initiatives. The intern will help gather and analyze customer feedback, track campaign performance, and prepare simple reports for the marketing team. The role will also collaborate with operations, events, and customer-facing teams to ensure consistent messaging and a strong guest experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage guests, partners, and internal teams professionally.
- Foundational Market Research skills, including gathering data, monitoring trends, and summarizing insights for marketing decisions.
- Interest or experience in Marketing Strategy and Sales, supporting promotions, cross-venue campaigns, and revenue-driving initiatives.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced hospitality and nightlife environment, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
