About the Role

As a Project Engineer – Level 1, you will assist in supporting project operations and delivery through planning, coordination, and documentation. You will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to maintain project flow and ensure quality standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Obtain required information for materials selection, dimensions, and owner/third-party documentation
  • Track jobsite documentation including RFIs, ASIs, and change orders
  • Coordinate efforts with other trades and documentation
  • Prepare submittals, schedules, and O&M manuals
  • Estimate, count, and prepare change orders
  • Track QA procedures, logs, and issues
  • Attend project meetings as assigned

We are looking for someone with the following competencies:

  • High school diploma required
  • Two-year college or technical certificate preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, and Smartsheet
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and technical documentation
  • Strong reasoning and problem-solving ability
  • Effective communicator in English (written and verbal)

Compensation (Pay Range): $55,000-$65,000/year depending on experience

An employee's compensation level within the range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to geographic location, experience, relevant education, qualifications, skills, organizational needs, and performance. *Bonus pay based on percentage of salary, adjusted by company and individual performance.
