What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at Cocca Development?
Looking for maintenance workers to add to our crews. All aspects of building maintenance including but not limited to drywall hang & repair, painting, drop ceilings, roof, snow removal, landscaping, minor electrical & plumbing. Experience a plus. FT no layoffs with year-round work. Competitive salary, health benefits & 401(k) available.
