Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Malpractice and Long Term Care Facility Litigation Attorney in downtown Morristown, NJ. A hybrid remote option is available for the qualified candidate who will be responsible for all aspects of file management from inception, including discovery, motions, and depositions.
Qualifications
- 5 years experience handling complex litigation - med mal preferred
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice in New Jersey
