What You’ll Do for Us
- Act as a liaison between the application development & support and the business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.
- Conduct cost/benefit analyses for proposed IT projects/products as input to the organization’s IT roadmap.
- Build sustainable relationships with the bottling partner(s) in the BU to drive strategic IT changes.
- Make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
- Coordinate backlog and release management.
- Drive Agile adoption and lead Agile teams to deliver incremental value to the business.
- Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.
- Identify potential threats for the product delivery and help to remove them.
- Manage stakeholders and vendors as IT Business Partner and bring innovation from outside.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A Master’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 10 years’ experience leading IT strategy for a large global company.
- Proven experience in leading IT initiatives and driving strategic changes.
- Strong understanding of application development & support, and the ability to translate business requirements into application requirements.
- Experience in conducting cost/benefit analyses for IT projects/products.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with various partners and stakeholders.
- Experience in backlog and release management.
- Experience in driving Agile adoption and leading Agile teams.
- Ability to evaluate new IT developments and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate potential threats for product delivery.
- Experience in managing stakeholders and vendors, and bringing innovation from outside.

Pay Range:$217,400 - $245,300
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
