- Analysis, interpretation, and professional judgment
- Advisory support and stakeholder engagement
- Data quality and impact assessment
- Standards refinement and continuous improvement
- Other duties as assigned
- Demonstrated experience applying data standards, analysis, or governance concepts
- Proven ability to exercise discretion and professional judgment independently
- Analytical reasoning and critical thinking
- Interpretation of standards and policies
- Professional communication and advisory capability
- Two years of education beyond high school in college or technical school
- One to up to three years relevant work experience
