Industrial Maintenance Mechanic - High-Speed Packaging

As the go-to maintenance expert on our high-speed bottling lines, you’ll start your shift reviewing preventive maintenance schedules, walking the floor to listen, look, and feel for issues before they become downtime. A conveyor needs adjustment? A pneumatic tool shows wear? You’ll diagnose, repair, and get production back to peak performance—safely and swiftly.

• Keep machinery and mechanical systems running through disciplined preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyors, and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot using diagrams, schematics, OEM manuals, and engineering specs to pinpoint issues and implement lasting fixes.
• Identify root causes by observing equipment in operation, listening for anomalies, and using precision measurement and test instruments.
• Own reliability tasks: complete assigned PMs, execute corrective work orders, and document work, parts usage, and requisitions accurately.
• Minimize downtime: coach production teams on routine PM techniques, monitor adherence, and assist on the line to maintain top efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, orderly work area; use resources wisely; and manage parts inventory by checking stock levels and anticipating future needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Read and follow SOPs and technical instructions with precision
• Comfort with basic computer systems/CMMS
• Multitasking in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Adjust equipment speeds, temperatures, and liquid levels confidently
• Troubleshoot complex process issues end-to-end
• Make mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic adjustments
• Preferred: read blueprints, electrical prints, and machine schematics
• Grasp complex processing systems and continually build your technical depth
• Required: Experience working with PLCs

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Preferred: 2 years in plant maintenance on high-speed production equipment and/or technical certification

Expect a production setting that can be noisy, wet, and subject to extreme temperatures. Safety and housekeeping standards guide everything you do.
