Order Picker

Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Minden is accepting applications for warehouse order pickers.

Successful candidates will possess the following:

*Forklift experience/certification

*The ability to lift 40 pounds repeatedly all day long

*The ability to take direction

*The ability to pick 200 cases per hours

*The ability to communicate well with co-workers

*The ability to work as part of a team

*The ability to adapt to changes dynamically

*The ability to learn new skills

We are a close-knit, family-owned, but professionally-managed, work environment with under 50 employees. We have been in operation for over 100 years and we are not going anywhere regardless of what the oil and gas industry is doing and we have not laid off anyone due to COVID-19. We work a single shift in the warehouse beginning at 8:00AM Monday-Friday. Overtime is sometimes necessary. We offer a pick bonus in the amount of $100.00 a week to pickers who are able to maintain a high pick rate with low errors.
