What You'll Do
- Lead recruiting efforts from job opening to onboarding.
- Source, interview, and hire top talent across business areas.
- Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and provide hiring recommendations.
- Guide hiring teams through effective, objective, and compliant selection decisions.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Support recruiting events, community partnerships, and employer branding efforts.
- Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field preferred.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail.
