Do you enjoy helping people and switching effortlessly between English and Spanish? Coburn Technologies is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work out of our Miami, FL location to be the friendly, knowledgeable first voice our customers hear.
In this role, you’ll handle calls, emails, and chats while working closely with teams across the company to keep things moving and customers happy. It’s fast-paced, people-focused, and perfect for someone who likes solving problems and being part of a team.
Requirements
Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English / Spanish)
What You’ll Do
- Answer customer calls, emails, and chats in English and Spanish
- Help customers with questions, orders, and service needs—quickly and professionally
- Work with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering to resolve issues
- Enter and track customer requests using ERP/CRM systems (we use SyteLine)
- Know when something needs extra attention and escalate when needed
- Follow up to make sure customers feel taken care of
- Share ideas to help improve how we support our customers
What You Bring - Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English / Spanish)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Calm under pressure and great at problem-solving
- Able to multitask while staying accurate
