Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist II, you will be an essential part of our operations, ensuring our products are shipped accurately and on time. Your responsibilities include:
- Order Fulfillment & Assembly: Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately, with a target of 95% order accuracy and handling 28% of total volume throughput.
- Inventory Management: Using order fulfillment systems to assign inventory to orders and maintain order accuracy.
- Receiving and Shipping: Assisting with receiving shipments, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and ensuring accuracy of documentation and quantities.
- Product Testing & Preparation: Conducting light product testing and prep as needed, ensuring products are ready for shipment.
- Warehouse Organization: Helping to keep the warehouse clean, organized, and secure.
- Re-stocking: Restocking pallet locations and inventory bins to maintain proper stock levels.
- Packaging and Shipping: Selecting and placing products into appropriate boxes for packaging, sealing, and affixing shipping labels to packed cartons.
- Discrepancy Verification: Assisting in verifying information and quantities on all documentation against the shipment or receipt, counting items for verification, and flagging any discrepancies.
- Tools & Equipment: Utilizing various tools in daily work, including operating a forklift and computer systems. You will be required to wear protective footwear and must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Cross-Training: Learning and assisting in other warehouse functions, contributing to overall team efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Working with the Warehouse Manager and team to achieve shared goals and meet daily operational needs.
