What are the responsibilities and job description for the Membership Representative position at Cobra Express Car Wash?
Cobra Express runs on recurring memberships. You'll be the face of our unlimited wash plans, talking with customers on-site and turning one-time washes into long-term members.
What you'll do
- Greet customers at the pay station and in line, and introduce membership options
- Explain plans clearly, handle questions and objections, and close the sign-up on the spot
- Hit weekly sign-up targets and track your own numbers
- Help existing members with upgrades, plate changes, and account issues
- Work with the site manager on promotions and community events
- Keep a clean, professional presence at the site
What we're looking for
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with strangers
- Sales or customer-facing experience (retail, auto, hospitality, or subscriptions)
- Able to stand and work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable and coachable, with a competitive streak
- Weekend availability
Nice to have
- Experience with subscription or membership sales
- Familiarity with POS and membership software
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
