About Cobra Direct:
Cobra Direct had an outstanding year in 2025 with successful market expansions and is now seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Intern. We’re looking for someone ready to excel in a fast-paced environment, eager to take on new challenges, and committed to contributing to our continued success. Offering experience in the field to someone looking to expand their skillset in the business/sales field. 

Position Overview:
As an Sales Trainee, you will receive comprehensive, fully paid training to equip you with the tools and skills needed to succeed in our industry. This role requires an individual with strong communication skills, a competitive spirit, and a passion for achieving both personal and team goals. You will play a key role in driving our sales efforts while developing professionally in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Learning our communication, sales material, & office structure
  • Daily training to become a liaison between sales and clients
  • Attend daily training clinics on quality assurance, quality control of the sales process, professional development, and mastering communication techniques
  • Weekly goal setting and personalized coaching from leadership daily
  • Tracking sales and retention through SalesForce
  • Daily feedback and reminder calls to customers to ensure high retention and build professional relationships with customers

Candidate Qualities:

  • Personal confidence and genuine aspiration to help our clients and support team members.

Qualifications and Skills Desired:

  • 1-2 years experience in a customer service environment or related field.
  • Great communication skills (active listening and speaking)
  • Experience interacting with people (co-workers or customers) on a daily basis.
  • High school or college graduates preferred.

Finally, we are looking for someone who is excited to gain new skills, is financially driven, and overall wants to make a difference in our organization.
