Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Robust IT Infrastructure: Serve as liaison with local IT to troubleshoot and identify paths for enhancing the IT infrastructure.
- Ensure Physical Security: Own setting up and maintaining physical security of our buildings and our employees in those buildings.
- Vendor Management: Manage IT, facilities, and security vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective services.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the facilities budgets, and serve as a key contributor to the IT budget, acting as a voice of the customer.
- Hands-On Problem Solving: Step in to address urgent employee-impacting IT or facility issues.
- Visitor Experience: Own the visitor procedures and guest experience, in addition to influencing the employee experience at Cobot facilities.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management with some amount of IT vendor management experience.
- Proficiency in managing suppliers.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in budget management and vendor coordination.
- Highly motivated teammate with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic start-up environment as part of a small team.
- Willing to travel as needed (likely no more than twice quarterly).
- Must have and maintain US work authorization.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Technical expertise in both IT and facilities management.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
