Position: Cabinet Salesperson
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: The historic town of Lynnville, Tennessee.
What You'll Do:
Work directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend cabinet solutions
Create and present detailed cabinet designs, layouts, and quotes
Guide customers through material, finish, and hardware options
Maintain strong product knowledge across all cabinetry lines
Manage the full sales process from initial consultation to final order
Build strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and designers
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Requirements:
Experience in cabinet sales is required (kitchen & bath, design center, home improvement store, etc.)
Strong understanding of cabinet construction, styles, and installation considerations
Ability to read measurements and interpret floor plans
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with KCD software
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects at once
Benefits & Compensation:
100% Commission the First 90 days then salary plus commission after six months. Negotiable
