Housekeeper
Qualifications
- Minimum Field-of-Expertise: Knowledge of cleaning products and supplies
- Must be a self starter and dependable
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to lift and move cleaning equipment
- Must be familiar with use, storage, and care of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Must be able to work independently and pay close attention to detail
- Must be able to safely lift, bend, carry, reach, and use a step stool
Responsibilities
- Perform overall cleaning and maintain the appearance of the community facilities, amenities, and common areas
- Report and track cleaning as directed by way of mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Keep public access areas clean and maintain them according to community standards
- Monitor and report cleaning supply inventory
- Maintain the housekeeping storage area in a neat and organized fashion
- Report any maintenance concern or repair to management
- Provide assistance to maintenance staff and other staff members as needed
- Represent the community in a professional manner at all times
- Drive motorized vehicle on or off Resort/Community for company business
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
