Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces throughout the hotel.
• Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort.
• Conduct routine inspections of rooms and public areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards, reporting issues promptly.
• Follow established janitorial procedures and safety protocols during cleaning tasks to ensure a secure environment for yourself and guests.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects such as carpet shampooing or industrial cleaning tasks as needed to uphold hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to prioritize tasks efficiently and deliver outstanding service consistently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning hotel housekeeping roles is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods.
• Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality is advantageous for understanding guest expectations.
• Familiarity with janitorial equipment, cleaning chemicals, and safety procedures ensures effective and safe operations.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods.
