What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Maintenance position at Cobblestone Hotel & Suits - Cozad?
Purpose of Position:
To provide an efficient and friendly atmosphere to service guests. Follow all Company policies and procedures.
Essential Functions:
Perform basic/light maintenance duties that include:
1) Light plumbing
2) Moving furniture
3) Paint touch-up
4) Assemble furniture
5) Some housekeeping
6) Outside grounds maintenance
7) Able to obtain CPO certification
Mandatory Job Requirements:
1) Read, write and speak English.
2) Neat, well-groomed appearance.
3) Must have a flexible schedule to include weekends.
4) Good communication skills.
5) Pleasant personality and people skills.
Accountability
Experience or Training Required
1) High school education.
2) Previous basic maintenance experience needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
